Clever and versatile pannier bag with plenty of space
Here comes a real all-rounder: the Mainhattan 17+10 from Deuter is an incredibly versatile pannier bag that won’t leave your side on the daily commute to work or university – it’s even great to use for shopping or on a bike tour!
Whether on your bike or on your shoulder
This bike bag is made from a waterproof, tear and abrasion-resistant outer material and features a main compartment with a whopping 17 litres of volume for your bike and can even be expanded by a further 10 litres if required. An inner valuables pocket, a front pocket plus a zipped and separately usable organiser pocket for documents and notebooks are also on board. The BagFix mounting system with two guide rails and hooks ensures a secure hold on the bike, places the load completely on the rear wheel and can be lifted from the luggage rack with one hand while standing. The removable and stowable shoulder strap allows the Mainhattan 17+10 to be worn casually as a large shoulder bag. Awesome!
The highlights at a glance:
- Ideal for the daily commute to work or university, for shopping or even a bike tour
- BagFix mount ensures a firm hold and optimum load distribution on the rear wheel
- Can also be used as a shoulder bag via the detachable shoulder strap
